Performance Indicators
In response to the new landscape of the non-profit world and in an effort
to flourish and attract new attention and donors, the TSN has developed
these performance indicators to assist TS Centers to become ore robust
and vibrant participants in the non-profit business.
The goals of this process are:
- Increased inter-center communication
- Increased level of performance
- Increased ability to attract funding partners, technology partners,
and skilled volunteers
- Fiscal viability for TSN and TS Centers after 2019
- Increased visibility of the TSN and all TS Centers
The TSN Performance Indicator Tool is a self-assessment instrument that
helps TS Centers identify capacity strengths and challenges and establish
capacity building tools. As such, it is primarily a diagnostic and learning
tool. In addition, the Performance Indicators provides a useful framework
for measuring growth in capacity over time.
The results from the Performance Indicators should guide the development
of an annual work plan and contribute to the establishment of a long term
vision for the areas where TSN resources can be directed in support of
capacity building.
The Performance Indicators Instrument is available by clicking here.
The file contains instructions for completing the instrument.
When you have completed filling in the Performance Indicators Instrument,
please send it electronically as an e-mail attachment to Susan O'Connor at smoconnor@timothysmithnetwork.org.

from CTCNet
First published in 1997, the CTC Center Start-Up Manual is widely recognized
as a principal guide for establishing CTCs and serves as an organized

the manual was updated in January 2003 to reflect developing CTC experiences
and needs.
